About Cheyenne
Small town feeling and large town amenities make Cheyenne a wonderful community to live, work and raise a family. With beautiful parks, abundant recreation and a growing economy, Cheyenne is the best of both worlds. Cheyenne is the capitol city of Wyoming and conveniently located at the intersection of I-25 and I-80, about 90 miles north of Denver, Colorado. Cheyenne is also the largest city in the Equality State, supporting a population of around 53,000 people.

Recreation and Entertainment
Cheyenne has abundant recreational opportunities. More than 600 acres of parks, plus 15 miles of the Cheyenne Greenway, provide plenty of locations for relaxation and recreation. Cheyenne also has 14 baseball fields, nine softball fields, 12 tennis courts, five golf courses and two municipal swimming pools. Great outdoor recreation is just a short drive away with Curt Gowdy State Park, Happy Jack Recreational Areas and Medicine Bow National Forest providing fishing, hiking, boating, rock climbing, hunting and more! Not to mention great places like Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are less than a day away.
Cheyenne also provides ample entertainment, with everything from rodeos to the symphony. The Cheyenne Civic Center delivers performances from artists including singers, dancers and touring Broadway productions, not to mention the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra. Museums, play houses, shops, theatres and special events like Cheyenne Frontier Days add to the mix to entertain residents and visitors alike.
